KEVIN BOEKHOLT

Kevin – is the proud of our team and we are happy to introduce you this fabulous person. We met him in New Zealand during our first expedition in 2002. He was the first one to show us what professional heli-skiing really means. Kevin is professional mountain guide since 1983 (started working for Alpine Guides), became a UIAGM guide (international qualification) in 1985 and he is Director of Alpine Guides Aoraki ltd NZ since 2000. He is lead guide for heli-skiing for more then 20 winters in Canada; started Methven heli-ski and directed the operation for 18 winters. He is guiding in helicopter ski operations in Greenland, Alaska, Canada, Russia and NZ; examiner and instructor for the UIAGM working on training courses in NZ, Japan, Canada and Russia. Besides that he has an extensive film experience working with some of the best snowboarders in the world including Terje Haakonsen, Jim Rippey, Craig Kelly etc. Kevin is not doing only skiing and snowboarding. He is a professional climber, extensive climbing including first ascents in Himalayas, NZ, Alaska, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia. He has been to Russia as well: to Kamchatka with us and in 2003 to the Caucasus, Elbrus Mt. Region, where he has run special training program for our heli-ski guides. And we really appreciate that! We plan to organize these training courses regularly and of course with Kevin. Because he is professional we can trust and we would like to thank him for his help and kindness. Thank you, Kevin!
